A small payment up front, on your terms.

Booking feels more real once there's money on it. You decide how much, and what happens if plans change.

  • A fixed amount or a percentage

    Ask $20 on a colour appointment or 25% of a longer session. Set it per service, or leave it off for quick ones.

  • Paid by card at booking

    Clients pay on your booking page when they pick a time. The rest of the price is paid at the visit.

  • Your rule for late cancels

    Pick a window, like 24 hours. Cancel before it and the client gets the deposit back. Cancel inside it or don't come, and you keep it.

How deposits work.

Set it once per service. After that it runs on every booking.

    Set a deposit on a service

    Type an amount or a percentage next to the price. It shows on your booking page straight away.

    Clients pay it when they book

    They pay by card as they confirm the time. The slot is only theirs once the deposit has gone through.

    Plans change, your rule applies

    Cancel early and the deposit goes back. Cancel late or miss the visit and you keep it, with nothing to chase.
