How reminders work.

You set the timing once. After that every booking gets its texts.

  1. 1

    A client books

    They pick a time on your booking page and leave a mobile number. Nothing else to set up per client.

  2. 2

    The texts go out on their own

    Each reminder is timed to that client's appointment, so a 10:30 visit gets its texts at 10:30 the day before and 8:30 on the day.

  3. 3

    Replies show in your calendar

    A C marks the visit as Confirmed. If they move it, you see the new time and the old one opens up for someone else.

Write the reminder the way you would say it.
